Salmon Roulade with Prawn Cocktail on Salad
The perfect salmon roulade with prawn cocktail on salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the bread:
- 2 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 125 g Grated cheese
- Chopped rosemary
- Salt
For the salmon roulade:
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 250 g Grated cheese
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 1 packet Herbal cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
For the honey mustard dip:
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 2 cl Apple juice
- Dill tips
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
For the prawn cocktail:
- 500 g Cooked shrimp
- 1 Pc. Garlic cloves
- Dill
- 2 cl Cognac
For the ketchup:
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Rosemary fresh
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 500 ml Tomatoes happened
For the mayonnaise:
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 200 ml Sunflower oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon juice
Salad with honey mustard dressing:
- 200 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 1 packet Pine nuts
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Loaf:
- Mix all ingredients well in a container. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the dough. At 160 ° C (top and bottom heat) bread: approx. Bake for 35 minutes.
Salmon roulade:
- Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Spread the egg mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the cheese evenly on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes (top and bottom heat).
- Remove the dough and let it cool down well. Then spread the herbal cream cheese on top. Place the salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Now carefully roll everything together. Then wrap it well in aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Honey mustard Dip:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and distribute well.
Ketchup:
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Let the whole thing boil down for about 30 minutes on medium heat.
Mayonnaise:
- Put all ingredients in a tall container. First mix the ingredients with a hand blender at the bottom and then pull them up. Mix a little more if necessary.
Shrimps cocktail:
- For the cocktail sauce, mix the ketchup and mayonnaise. Then add the cognac and dill. Now season the whole thing with salt and pepper.
- Then fold the prawns into the sauce. Finally add 1-2 cloves of garlic (diced) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Salad with honey mustard dressing:
- Wash the lamb’s lettuce, spin dry and then place in a bowl. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil and allow to cool. Mix all ingredients for the dressing well with a whisk or mixer.
