Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 60 g butter
- 30 g Parmesan
- 16 triangular dough sheets (yufka) or 4 round ones, quartered
- 120 g pesto
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or nonstick baking foil. Melt the butter. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Carefully separate the pastry sheets and place them on the work surface with the points facing up. Brush the pastry sheets with butter. Place a teaspoon of pesto and grated Parmesan cheese on each wide side of the pastry sheet, spread evenly, and roll the pastry sheets up from the wide side to the point. Place on the baking sheet, brush with butter, and bake in the center of the oven for about 15 minutes.
