Zebra cheesecake without a base

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g sweetener (erythritol), for low-carb cakes or sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 50 g protein powder (vanilla or neutral)
  • 1 tsp locust bean gum
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 150 ml oil
  • 200 g cream cheese, reduced-fat for the light version
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

SIS suitable, low carb, high protein

Using a mixer, combine all ingredients except the cocoa powder. Divide the mixture into two equal parts. Add the 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to one part. Mix thoroughly. Then drop the mixture alternately into a springform pan lined with baking paper, about 2 tablespoons at a time. Always drop the batter into the same spot in the center of the pan. The more batter you add, the more it will spread itself throughout the springform pan, creating the pattern. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Allow the pan to cool completely before removing the cake.
