  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chinese noodle dish

Boil water for the noodles and then mix all the sauce ingredients well. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok and fry the tofu cubes until light brown. Once the tofu has taken on some color, add the minced meat and fry. Add the onions and fry briefly. Add the sauce and bring to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then pour the sauce over the noodles and sprinkle with the chives. Tips: You can also omit the meat and replace it entirely with tofu. It also tastes great with finely diced mushrooms. Info: Make sure there is enough sauce – it’s better to add a little more water so that all the noodles get some of the liquid.
