Zhulien – Baked Chicken
The perfect zhulien – baked chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Sour cream
- 2 Pc. Chicken legs
- 4 Pc. Onions
- 1 leaf Laurel
- 300 g Forest mushrooms
- 200 g Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 80 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
- 0,25 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
- Wash the chicken legs and put them in the pan with the boiling water, bring to the boil again. Reduce the heat. Skim off the foam. Add a cleaned onion. Simmer for 40-45 minutes. Add 1 bay leaf 15 minutes before the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper. Remove the legs from the broth and let cool. Separate the cooked meat from the bones and cut into small pieces. Clean the remaining onions, cut in half and cut into rings.
- Select the forest mushrooms, clean and cut into pieces. Then fry in vegetable oil. Salt and pepper, then add 1 tablespoon of butter. Take the mushrooms out of the frying pan and place in a bowl and keep warm. Fry the onion rings until translucent. Put the chicken in the pan. Mix with flour. Refine with the sour cream, briefly bring to the boil. Salt and pepper. Put this mixture in the ovenproof dish. Add the fried mushrooms and mix gently. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley as desired.
