Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cl brown rum
- 4 cl white rum
- 2 cl Cointreau
- 2 cl grenadine
- 2 cl passion fruit syrup
- 4 cl pineapple juice
- 4 cl lemon juice
- 4 cl orange juice
- 2 cl rum (overproofed rum)
- ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Fill a highball glass or tiki jar and a shaker with a few ice cubes. Then add all ingredients except the overproofed rum to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain everything into the glass and float the overproofed rum over the zombie. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
