Idada lesitayela sase-Asian crispy:
- Vumela idada lincibilike ngesikhathi esihle. Xuba ufulawa (2 wezipuni) namanzi (40 ml) ukwenza inhlama engajiyeki kakhulu. Geza idada kahle ohlangothini lwesikhumba bese uxubha kabili ngemuva. Inhlama kufanele icishe isetshenziswe ngokuphelele. Shisisa amafutha e-peanut (400 ml) epanini (ububanzi obungama-28 cm). Amafutha asezingeni lokushisa elifanele lapho amabhamuza ekhuphuka othini lokhuni. Fry the duck ngamandla cishe imizuzu emi-4, isikhumba sibheke phansi. Ngokunokwenzeka sebenzisa i-pan splash guard. Phendulela bese usesha ohlangothini olungezansi eminye imizuzu emi-4. Khipha futhi ufudumale kuhhavini ngo-50 C. Ukuze uphake, usike ube yimichilo nge-cleaver yasekhishini / ummese obukhali kakhulu. Noma Fry the duck isikhathi esithile kusengaphambili futhi Fry it kafushane nhlangothi zombili futhi ukuphakelwa bese usike ibe yimichilo.
Imifino ethosiwe:
- Hlanza futhi usike kahle i-clove yegalikhi ne-ginger. Hlanza / hlikihla upelepele, geza futhi uqobe kahle. Hlanza u-anyanisi, usike phakathi, usike ube yizicucu bese uhlukanisa ube yimichilo. Hlanza isanqante nge peeler, usike phakathi, uqale ube yizicucu bese ube yimicu (cishe ubude obungu-5 - 6 cm). Sika iklabishi laseShayina libe yimicu (cishe 5 - 6 cm ubude). Hlanza futhi ugeze upelepele futhi usike imicu (cishe 5 - 6 cm ubude). Hlanza i-zucchini nge peeler yokuhlobisa, usike phakathi, uqale ube yizicucu bese ube yimicu (ubude obungu-5.6 cm). Manje engeza kancane kancane imifino eqoshiwe bese ugoqa-gazinga / ugoqe-gazinga. Deglaze / uthele emanzini (3 ml) bese ufaka isoso esilungisiwe. Yonke into e-Pan inyakaza eminye imizuzu embalwa, kodwa imifino kufanele isalokhu igcina ukulunywa.
Irayisi le-Basmati:
- Letha irayisi le-basmati (100 g) emanzini (250 ml), ugovuze kahle bese upheka ngesivalo esivaliwe ngezinga lokushisa eliphansi cishe imizuzu engama-20.
Khonza:
- Cindezela irayisi enkomishini bese uliphendulela epuletini - engeza imifino bese ubeka idada elicwebile elisikwe libe yimicu phezulu bese uhlobisa ngesithombo nesiqu se-parsley ngayinye, phaka.
