Imayonnaise ye-cashew:
- 100 g Ibhotela le-cashew elihlanzekile
- 50 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Amafutha e-Olive
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 PC. I-clove yegalikhi
- 0,5 PC. I-Bio lemon zest
- 1 Pr Salt
I-Beetroot Tartare:
- 2 PC. U-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo omusha, usike
- Amafutha e-Olive
- 500 g UBeetroot
- 1 i-tsp Ama-capers aqoshiwe
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 i-tsp usiraphu we-maple
- 1 i-tsp I-Dijon lwesinaphi
- 0,5 i-tsp Ithebula le-horseradish
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- Upelepele omnyama ophuma esigayweni
Imiyalelo
- Bhaka i-beetroot yonke futhi ufake igobolondo ebhodini lokubhaka elihlanganiswe nephepha lokubhaka imizuzu engu-45 kuya kwangu-50 ku-rack ephakathi. Zenziwa lapho imfoloko kulula ukuyibhoboza. (Uma unesikhathi esincane, ungasebenzisa i-beetroot ephekwe ngaphambilini, evalwe ngevacuum.)

- Khipha i-beetroot kuhhavini bese uvumela ukupholisa kancane. Bese (mhlawumbe ngamagilavu enjoloba) susa ikhasi bese usidayisi kahle i-beetroot.
- Rosa u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo ku-1 isipuni samafutha omnqumo epanini imizuzu emi-2. Hlanganisa ku-beetroot kanye nama-capers aqoshiwe. Enkomishini, xuba izipuni ezimbili zamafutha omnqumo, i-apula cider uviniga, isiraphu ye-maple, isinaphi, i-horseradish yetafula, usawoti kanye nopelepele osanda kufakwa emhlabathini kuze kube bushelelezi bese uxuba ne-beetroot.
