- 1 Zincane Ama-peas eqhwa
- Usawoti pepper
- 1 tbsp Ushukela onsundu
- 1 tbsp I-Paprika powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp Upelepele
- 1 i-tsp Impuphu kagalikhi
- 1 i-tsp I-anyanisi powder
- 1 i-tsp I-Turmeric powder
- 0,5 i-tsp Impushana yesinamoni
Imiyalelo
- Gcoba isikhumba sesisu sengulube ngommese obukhali. Lungisa uhlangothi lwenyama lube lude, gcoba ngamafutha bese usihlikihla kahle ngengxube yezinongo.
