- 3 izimpintshi ezinkulu Usawoti wasolwandle omahhadlazelayo ophuma emshinini wokugaya
- 3 izimpintshi ezinkulu Upelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni
- 0,5 i-tsp Sambal Oelek

- 140 g 4 mini pak choi

Hlanza, ugeze futhi usike upelepele nge-super peeler (Lurch!). Hlanza bese usika u-anyanisi. Shisisa amafutha omnqumo (1 tbsp) epanini, engeza i-paprika eqoshiwe kanye no-anyanisi oqoshiwe bese upheka. Gcoba / uthele esitokisini senkukhu (1 ml) bese ubilisa / upheke ngesivalo cishe imizuzu eyi-1. Hlanza kahle nge-blender yesandla bese ugoqa ukhilimu ophehliwe (125 tbsp) kanye nesoso yesoya emnandi (15 tbsp). Okokugcina, inkathi ngosawoti wasolwandle omahhadlahhadla osuka egayweni (izincezu ezinkulu ezi-4) kanye nopelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni (amaphinki amakhulu amathathu).
I-mini pak choi ethosiwe:
- Hlanza futhi ugeze i-Pak Choi, i-blanch emanzini anosawoti (isipuni esingu-1 sikasawoti) cishe imizuzu emi-2, susa futhi usike ngobude obuyingxenye. Shisisa amafutha omnqumo (2 tbsp) epanini, beka i-mini pak choi kusikiwe bese uthosa kancane. Gcoba ngengxube yesoso yesoya ekhanyayo (isipuni esingu-1), isoso yesoya emnyama (ithisipuni elilodwa) kanye nesoso yesoya emnandi (ithisipuni elilodwa). Okokugcina, inkathi ngosawoti wasolwandle omahhadlahhadla osuka egayweni (izincezu ezinkulu ezi-1) kanye nopelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni (amaphinki amakhulu amathathu).
Khonza:
