Ukhilimu webhodwe
- Ukuze ukhilimu we-curd cwilisa i-gelatin emanzini amaningi bese ubeka eceleni. Govuza izikhupha zamaqanda zize zibe namagwebu, chofa ushukela bese uqhubeka ugoqa kuze kube yilapho ushukela usuncibilike ngokuphelele. Engeza ushizi ogqinsiwe bese ugoqa kuze kube bushelelezi. Bese wengeza i-vanilla ekhishwe, ikhasi lemon eligayiwe, ijusi kalamula kanye ne-kirsch.

I-compote yamapulangwe
- Ukuze uthole i-plum compote, shisa ijusi yeplamu noshukela epanini elifanele, engeza isinamoni bese uvumela ukuba ibambe ngobumnene imizuzu engaba ngu-15, ihlanganiswe. Bese wengeza ushukela owugcinayo bese ubilisa cishe imizuzu emi-3.
