Inkukhu ethosiwe enama-Mung Bean sprouts:
- 300 g I-Chicken breast fillet

- 1 tbsp i-sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp I-Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Iwayini lamarayisi
- 180 g Amahlumela e-Mung Bean
- 30 g Imichilo ye-pepper ebomvu
- 30 g Imichilo ye-pepper eluhlaza
- 4 tbsp Amafutha e-Peanut
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tbsp I-soy sauce emnandi
- 1 i-tsp I-Glutamate (noma i-1 ithisipuni yomhluzi wenkukhu osheshayo)
Irayisi elinongwe:
- 100 g I-Basmati irayisi
- 0,5 i-tsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp I-Ground turmeric
- 75 g 1 Anyanisi
- 75 g upelepele obomvu
- 75 g I-paprika eluhlaza
- 50 g 1 isanqante
- 10 g 1 ucezu lwejinja
- 10 g 1 upelepele obomvu
- 5 g I-1 clove yegalikhi
- 5 g 1 isiqu se-lemongrass
- 1 tbsp Ibhotela
- 1 tbsp Uwoyela wejongilanga
- 3 izimpintshi ezinkulu Isinamoni yaphansi

Inkukhu ethosiwe enehlumela likabhontshisi
- Geza i-chicken breast fillet, womise ngephepha lasekhishini, uqale uthathe izingcezu bese ube yimicu. Hlanganisa / marinate imicu ye-chicken breast fillet ngeqanda elimhlophe, ithisipuni likasawoti eli-1, isipuni esingu-1 sososo omnyama, isipuni esingu-1 sososo wesoya omnandi, isipuni esingu-1 sososo kachili omnandi, isipuni esisodwa sewayini lelayisi kanye nesipuni esisodwa sesitashi sombila. Faka imichilo ye-chicken breast fillet esitsheni esihle sekhishi bese uqoqa i-marinade njengoba idonsa. Geza amahlumela kabhontshisi bese uwakhipha kahle esisefweni sasekhishini.
