- Bilisa isipelingi esiluhlaza ngokuphindwe kabili inani lamanzi anosawoti imizuzu engama-40. Faka amanzi uma kunesidingo. Sika u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo ube amasongo amancane, usike i-feta cheese ibe ama-cubes amancane. Futhi usike i-bell pepper ibe ama-cubes amancane. Khipha iminqumo nobhontshisi. Geza futhi uyomise i-arugula. Sika ukhukhamba ube yizicucu bese uwahlukanisa ngekota.

- Hlanganisa amafutha omnqumo, uju, usawoti kanye nopelepele kanye noviniga.

- Thela inkaba eluhlaza bese uyiyeka iphole kancane. Bese uthele endishini enkulu yesaladi. Faka i-feta, ikhukhamba, i-bell pepper, iminqumo, u-anyanisi wentwasahlobo, ubhontshisi kanye ne-arugula. Thela ukugqoka phezu kwayo futhi uhlanganise konke kahle. Ukudla Okuhle!
