- 500 g I-goulash ehlanganisiwe
- 500 g Inyama yenkomo egayiwe
- 1 Upelepele obomvu
- 2 Ucezu Izaqathe
- 1 U-anyanini
- 2 Ama-clove ka-Garlic
- 1 kl. Angakwazi Namathisela utamatisi
- 2 tbsp Ushukela onsundu
- 1 Can Utamatisi ohlutshiwe
- 150 ml Ikhofi elisanda kufakwa
- 250 ml Water
- Usawoti, gourmet pepper ukunambitha
- 1 kl. Ingilazi Ubhontshisi ophekwe umhlophe
- I-Parsley (esuka engadini yethu) ukunambitha
Imiyalelo
- Thatha ipani elikhulu bese ushisa amafutha e-rapeseed kulo. Engeza i-goulash ehlanganisiwe bese upheka. Bese ususa futhi ubeke epuleti elijulile, ubeke eceleni isikhashana.
- Faka amanye amafutha e-rapeseed epanini, ushise futhi bese ufaka inyama yenkomo egayiwe, gazinga ize ishwabane. Phakathi naleso sikhathi, hlanganisa i-pepper futhi uthathe ama-cubes. Hlanza izaqathe futhi uzisike. Hlanza u-anyanisi bese ubeka ku-chopper yombani, usike. Engeza konke ngokulandelana ebhodweni futhi gazinga.
- Hlanza ama-clove kagalikhi, uwasike abe yizicucu ezincane bese wengeza kwezinye izithako epanini. Govuza futhi uvumele ukuthosa ngokuqhubekayo. Buyisela i-goulash ethosiwe ebhodweni. Isizini ngosawoti kanye ne-gourmet pepper. Bese wengeza unamathisele utamatisi, utamatisi ohlutshiwe ethini kanye noshukela onsundu.
