- Shaya amaqanda bese uphehla ngosawoti omahhadla wolwandle osuka egayweni (amapunintshi amabili amakhulu) nopelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni (izincezu ezimbili ezinkulu). Hlanza / ungafundi uphizi weqhwa futhi usike phakathi nge-engeli. Geza utamatisi, susa isiqu namadayisi. Shisisa amafutha kabhekilanga (2 tbsp) epanini, gazinga uphizi weqhwa notamatisi oqoshiwe ngamandla / isiyaluyalu-gazinga.
