Ukulungiselela
- Geza ilamula, uyomise futhi ugaye kahle i-zest. Khama ulamula. Faka ijusi kalamula, ujusi kalamula, namanzi angama-30ml epanini elincane bese ubila imizuzu emi-5. Ithathe esitofini uyiyeke iphole.
- Susa ithanga embewu kanye ne-fibrous ngaphakathi, ikhasi bese ugaya amaqhafuqhafu (lenza cishe ama-250 g).
- Hlanganisa ama-shavings amathanga noshukela olondolozayo epanini. Pheka emlilweni ophakathi nendawo, ugovuze imizuzu emi-4.
