Okwe-yogurt:
- 300 g I-yoghurt yemvelo
- 300 g Ubisi
- 0,5 U-anyanisi obomvu
- 1 -2 Upelepele oluhlaza
- 1 tbsp I-mint entsha eqoshiwe
- Usawoti pepper
Okwesinkwa:
- 500 g Ufulawa opeledwayo 1050
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 270 ml Water
- 270 ml Amafutha
Okwemifino
- 500 g Izaqathi zihlanzwa
- 500 g Amazambane ahlutshiwe
- 3 - 4 tbsp Amafutha
- 2 i-tsp Imbewu kakhumini
- 2 isithupha Ginger
- 2 -3 Upelepele oluhlaza
- 150 ml Water
- Salt
- 1 i-tsp Garam masala
- 1 i-tsp Umango powder
- 3 tbsp I-Coriander herb eqoshiwe
Imiyalelo
Iyogathi:
- Okokuqala sibhekana ne-yogurt, ngakho-ke ingadlula ngokuthula.
- Hlanganisa i-yogurt ngobisi oluncane kuze kube yilapho ifinyelela ukuvumelana okufunayo.
- Sika uhhafu ka-anyanisi obomvu ube ama-cubes amahle, faka upelepele emasongweni amahle bese ugoqa ku-yogurt kanye ne-mint eqoshiwe. Isizini ukunambitha ngosawoti kanye nopelepele.
- Beka iyogathi eceleni bese uvumela ukuthi ikhuphuke.
Isinkwa / Paratha:
- Okulandelayo sinakekela inhlama yesinkwa / i-paratha.
