I-Schüttelbrot - izithako ezidingekayo zokwenza iresiphi
I-Schüttelbrot isinkwa esiyisicaba esi-crispy esisakazeke kakhulu eNingizimu Tyrol. Izithako ezilandelayo ziyadingeka ekukhiqizeni:
- 350 amagremu kafulawa we-rye

- I-1 tsp usawoti
- 1/2 tsp kumin
- 1/2 tsp i-anise
- 1/2 tsp imbewu ye-fennel
- 1/2 tsp imbewu ye-coriander
- Amanzi angama-650 ml
- ukolweni bran
Indlela yokulungisa isinkwa
Uma usunazo zonke izithako ndawonye, ungaqala ukwenza i-Schüttelbrot.
- Okokuqala, faka isigamu semvubelo endishini nge-150 ml yamanzi afudumele bese uhlakaza kuwo. Izinga lokushisa elifanele lamanzi lingu-30°C, ungabheka lokhu nge-thermometer.
