- Geza amazambane bese upheka emanzini abilayo imizuzu engaba ngu-20, ukhiphe, ugeze futhi ucwebe. Yekela kuphole. Hlanza u-anyanisi bese unquma kahle. Shisisa amafutha bese usakaza u-anyanisi uze ukhanye. Gcwalisa ngomhluzi kanye noviniga obhalsamu bese ufaka ama-squirts angu-2 we-sweetener ewuketshezi. Sika amazambane bese uthele i-marinade phezu kwabo. Gcoba isaladi yamazambane okungenani ihora elingu-1, uphendule kanye phakathi.
