- 5 PC. Izingcezu ze-salmon

Okwe-teriyaki tuna:
- 50 g Sesame
- 2 Sch. Tuna
- I-Teriyaki sauce
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Upelepele
- 1 i-tsp Wasabi

Okwe-salmon eqoshiwe:
- Faka ishidi lokubhaka nge-aluminium foil.
- Sika amakhambi uhlanganise nezinye izithako. Spread le ngxube ezinhlangothini zombili ze-salmon bese ubeka ku-foil. Vala i-foil, yikale ngamabhokisi obisi noma amabhodlela bese uyibeka esiqandisini amahora angu-48.
- Bese usebenzisa ithawula lasekhishini ukuze ususe ingxube yemifino nosawoti ku-salmon bese uyihlikihla.
Mayelana ne-sushi salmon:
- Faka izingcezu ngosawoti kanye nopelepele.
I-tartare ye-salmon:
- Sika i-salmon bese usika ama-cubes. Hlanganisa nezithako ezisele, eziqotshiwe kanye nenkathi yokunambitha.
Okwezindima zasehlobo:
- Geza i-ginger entsha, usike i-ginger ekhendiwe ibe yimichilo bese uqoba kahle u-anyanisi wasentwasahlobo. Sika izingcezu ze-salmon zibe yimichilo cishe ngo-0.5 cm ubukhulu. Manje lungisa zonke izithako zibe imiqulu emi-5.
Okwe-teriyaki tuna:
- Sika i-tuna ibe ama-cubes, uyigcobe kancane nge-wasabi nhlangothi zonke, ufafaze imbewu kasesame, inkathi ngosawoti, pepper kanye gazinga.
- Sika ube yizicucu ezingu-1 cm bese ukhonza.
