Isobho lemifino yamazambane:
- 800 g Amazambane amakhulu, ama-waxy
- 400 g Izaqathi (lapha: izingcezu zekarothi / ukukhiqizwa kwe-TK)
- 200 g Ama-leek (lapha: ama-leek rings / i-TK yokukhiqiza)
- 200 g 2 anyanisi
- 2 Ucezu Ama-clove ka-Garlic
- 2 tbsp Ibhotela
- 2 ilitha Umhluzi wemifino (8 amathisipuni umhluzi osheshayo)
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp Upelepele onemibala ophuma egayweni
- 1 i-tsp I-marjoram egayiwe
- 1 tbsp I-Maggi wort
Amakhowe e-Porcini:
- 400 g Amakhowe amasha we-porcini
- 2 tbsp Ibhotela
- 125 g Ama-cubes ama-ham
- 75 g 1 Anyanisi
- 100 ml Water
- 75 g Ukhilimu ophehliwe

- Iparsley yokuhlobisa
- I-Creme fraiche Ushizi

Isobho lemifino yamazambane:
- Hlanza futhi ugeze amazambane futhi uthathe ama-cubes amancane. Hlanza bese usika u-anyanisi. Hlanza futhi uhlukanise kahle ama-clove kagalikhi. Shisisa ibhotela (2 tbsp) epanini elikhulu bese uthosa imifino (ama-cubes anyanisi + ama-cubes ama-clove ka-garlic, izingcezu ze-carrot nama-leek rings) ngamandla. Gcoba / uthele esitokisini semifino (2 amalitha / 8 tsp stock esheshayo). Isizini ngosawoti (ithisipuni elingu-1), upelepele onemibala egayweni (ithisipuni elingu-1) kanye ne-marjoram egayiwe (ithisipuni elingu-1) bese uvumela yonke into ibile/ibilise cishe. Imizuzu engama-30 nesivalo sivaliwe. Ekugcineni, inkathi / inkathi ngesinongo se-Maggi (1 tbsp).
Amakhowe e-Porcini:
- Hlanza / xubha amakhowe amatshe bese usika izingcezu / izingcezu ezincane. Hlanza u-anyanisi bese unquma kahle. Shisisa ibhotela (2 tbsp) epanini bese ugoqa ama-ham cubes nama-cubes ka-anyanisi kuwo. Engeza amakhowe we-porcini aqoshiwe bese ugoqa-gazinga / gazinga-gazinga. Cisha / uthele emanzini (100 ml) futhi uqhubeke ukuthosa / ukubilisa kuze kube yilapho amanzi esecishe abila ngokuphelele / esehwamukile. Songa ukhilimu ophehliwe (75 g) bese unciphisa / ubilise.
