- 400 g Inyama yethanga yeHokkaido
- 2 Ama-Shallots
- 1 I-ginger, ubukhulu be-walnut

Imiyalelo
- Sika inyama yethanga ibe ama-cubes angu-1 cm. Hlanza futhi usike kahle ama-shallots ne-ginger. Gcoba ikhasi le-orange nge-grater enhle, bese uhlanza i-orange ukuze abamhlophe bahambe ngokuphelele, bese u-fillet futhi usike izibopho zibe yizicucu ezincane.
- Shisisa ideshi elihle lamafutha omnqumo bese ubilisa ama-shallots ne-ginger kuwo kuze kukhanye. Bese wengeza ama-cubes amathanga kanye nezingcezu zewolintshi bese uzibilisa kafushane. Gcoba ngemifino eshisayo kanye nejusi yewolintshi bese ubilisa emlilweni omncane kuze kube yilapho amathanga ethambile.
- Phakathi naleso sikhathi, susa i-crust esinkwa bese uyidayisi, bese uyigcoba ngebhotela nxazonke (qaphela !!!! uma isinkwa esimnyama sigaywa sibe ama-croutons, khona-ke isikhathi lapho zishisa ngokushesha) kanye nesinamoni kanye ingcosana kasawoti Spice up. Gcoba ku-crepe.
