- Bese wengeza i-puree yamathanga namanzi, ubisi lukakhukhunathi nokhilimu bese ulethe kancane ngamathumba.
- Phakathi naleso sikhathi, susa ikhasi le-lime nge-grater emihle. Khama umcako. Faka amakinati esikhwameni sepulasitiki bese uwasika kancane nge-plating iron noma ngesithako senyama.
- Hlanza isobho kahle ngenduku yokusika, inkathi ngopelepele we-espelette, usawoti kanye nejusi likalamula.
- Ngenkomishi yesobho, sinquma isembozo sethanga elincane le-Hokkaido eluhlaza bese sikhipha imbewu, siqondise phansi kancane ukuze ime ngokuqondile. (Ngemva kokudla ingagezwa isikhashana bese ixutshwa ngokunye !!!!)
- Manje faka isobho eliqediwe ethangeni, uhlobise nge-lime zest namantongomane bese ufafaza i-hibiscus curry phezu kwayo yonke into ..... ujabulele ukudla kwakho .....
- Ngingajabula kakhulu uma wonke umuntu engashiya amazwana amahle mayelana neresiphi. Okubalulekile noma iziphakamiso nazo zamukelekile kakhulu, ngoba ngipheka ngamanzi kuphela. Isazi sesobho sibonga kusengaphambili.
