Udinga lezi zithako zesoso yesafroni
Ukuze uthole isoso esiphundu esenziwe ngesafroni enempilo udinga izithako ezilandelayo:
- 20g ibhotela
- I-1 anyanisi
- Ama-clove we-2 kagalikhi
- 200 ml amanzi
- 100 ml iwayini elimhlophe
- 200 g ukhilimu
- 1 ithisipuni ye-saffron powder
- 1 ingcosana kasawoti
- 1 isipuni sikapelepele

- Ngemuva kwemizuzu engaba ngu-10, nambitha isoso sesafron ngosawoti kanye nopelepele.
- Khonza isoso elimnandi lesafron nge-pangasius fillet, i-salmon carpaccio, i-scallops, i-turkey, i-fillet yenkomo, noma i-veal escalope.
