- 4 Utamatisi womvini

- 200 g Ukhilimu omuncu
- 100 g I-Crème legère
- Ijusi yengxenye yelamula
- Usawoti, upelepele onemibala ophuma esigayweni
- 2 tbsp I-dill efriziwe
Okokuthokozisa:
- 3 tbsp Ama-breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp I-Emmental egayiwe
- 2 i-tsp I-Pecorino egayiwe
- 2 i-tsp Imbewu yeSesame
- 1,5 tbsp Ibhotela

Imiyalelo
- Hlanza i-salmon, womise bese usika amadayisi. Usawoti, pepper bese uxuba nejusi lemon. Mboza futhi uyivumele ikhuphuke kancane.
- Geza futhi uhlanze amalikhi kanye nopelepele. Hlanza ama-shallots. Sika i-leek kanye nama-shallots emasongweni amancane, usike i-paprika. Shisisa amafutha epanini bese uthosa imifino enqunyiwe kanye ne-ham cishe imizuzu emihlanu. Isizini kancane nge-paprika usawoti kanye nopelepele.
