- 1 i-tsp Salt
Imiyalelo
- 1st bunch izaqathe ihlanzekile, ikhasi bese uthathe izinti. Hlanza i-pepper futhi uthathe izingcezu ezinkulu. Susa amaqabunga e-broccoli, uhlukanise ama-florets bese uhlanza iziqu, uthathe izingcezu. Geza i-zucchini, womise bese usika, bese uhlukanisa. Sika iziphetho zezimpande zeziqu zesilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi futhi uthathe izingcezu.
