I-Chicken breast fillet esikwe ku-curry cream:
- 500 g I-chicken fillet efriziwe (iphakethe eli-1)
- 250 g Amakhowe amasha
- 0,5 Bunch parsley
- 3 tbsp Amafutha
- 200 ml Umhluzi wenkukhu (1 ithisipuni ngokushesha)
- 0,5 i-tsp Salt
- 0,25 i-tsp Upelepele
- 2 i-tsp I-curry powder emnene
- 6 tbsp Ukupheka ukhilimu
- 1 tbsp Isitashi sombila
I-Celery puree:
- 1 Isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi 1 kg / sihlanzwe 800 g
- 2 i-tsp Salt
- 1 Ukhilimu wokupheka 200 g
- 1 tbsp Ijusi ye-lime / okunye: ijusi kalamula
- 0,5 i-tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Ibhotela
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 100 g Ukupheka ukhilimu

- 4 Iziqu ze-parsley

I-Chicken breast fillet esikwe ku-curry cream:
- Vumela izibopho zesifuba senkukhu zincibilike kancane, zigeze, zome ngephepha lasekhishini bese uthatha imicu. Hlanza / xubha bese uhlukanisa amakhowe. Khipha amaqabunga e-parsley kusuka eziqwini. Shisisa amafutha (2 tbsp) ku-wok (elinye ipani), gazinga imicu yesifuba senkukhu ibe izingxenye bese uqhubeka uyiphushela emaphethelweni e-wok. Engeza amafutha (1 tbsp) futhi gazinga / ugovuze-gazinga izindawo zamakhowe. Gcoba / uthele esitokisini senkukhu (200 ml) bese ufaka usawoti (½ ithisipuni), upelepele (¼ ithisipuni) kanye nompushana wekhari (amathisipuni amabili). Faka ukhilimu wokupheka (2 tbsp) bese ugoqa i-parsley ehlutshiwe. Hlanganisa i-cornstarch (6 tbsp) namanzi amancane abandayo bese wengeza / ugovuze ku-wok. Shisisa kancane ukuze uketshezi lujiye kancane.
I-Celery puree:
- Hlanza isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi, usike kancane bese usipheka emanzini anosawoti (amathisipuni amabili) cishe imizuzu emi-2. Khipha ngesihlungo sekhishi, buyela epanini elishisayo, uthele ukhilimu wokupheka (5 g) bese ubamba imizuzu engaba ngu-200. Faka ijusi ye-lime (i-tbsp engu-25), ibhotela (i-tbsp engu-1), usawoti (ithisipuni elingu-1) noshukela (½ ithisipuni) bese usebenza ngokucophelela / upondo nge-masher yamazambane (okunye sebenzisa i-blender yesandla!).
