- 2 izimpintshi ezinkulu Usawoti wasolwandle omahhadlazelayo ophuma emshinini wokugaya
Amazambane amathathu: (Amazambane amancane, ama-waxy)
- 400 g (10 izingcezu) Amazambane (ama-triplets) / izingcezu eziyi-10
- 1 i-tsp Salt
- 1 i-tsp I-Ground turmeric
Khonza:
- 2 I-Mini Roma yomvini utamatisi
- 2 Isiqu parsley

- Geza i-chicken breast fillet, womise ngephepha lasekhishini futhi usike imicu. Hlanza u-anyanisi, usike phakathi futhi uthathe imicu / uhlanganise ngokuhlukana. Hlanza futhi ugeze upelepele, uhlukanise uhhafu ubude futhi usike imicu emincane.
