Akuphoqelekile:
- 30 g Ama-clove kagalikhi, amasha
- 30 g Ujinja, (bheka inothi)
- 3 tbsp Ushukela wesundu kakhukhunathi, onsundu
- 150 g Water
- 2 g Umhluzi wemifino, granulated
- 2 tbsp Ilayisi iwayini uviniga
- 2 tbsp Ijusi likalamula
- 1 tbsp Isoso yezinhlanzi, ukukhanya
- 5 Amaqabunga e-Kaffir lime, amasha noma eqandisiwe
- 1 i-tsp (ehlanganisiwe) Ufulawa weTapioca
- 1 tbsp I-Rice Wine, (Arak Masak)

Imiyalelo
- Geza upelepele (i-cabe besar merah) bese usika isiqu. Faka futhi ucwebe ama-clove kagalikhi emikhawulweni yomibili. Geza, ikhasi bese usika i-ginger ibe izingcezu ezincane. Faka amanzi epanini bese ulethe ngamathumba. Chaza isitokwe semifino kuwo bese ubilisa izithako kusuka ku-pepperoni kuya ku-ginger kusihlungo esinesembozo phezu kwayo imizuzu eyi-15.
