- 220 g Izinsalela zengulube
- 1 tbsp Isosi yesoya ekhanyayo
- 1 tbsp Iwayini lamarayisi
- 1 i-tsp Amafutha kaSesame
- 1 i-tsp Isitashi seTapioca
- 1 tbsp Amafutha e-Peanut
- 2 Ucezu Ama-clove ka-Garlic
- 150 g Ama-cubes kaphayinaphu (can!)
- 1 tbsp I-Coriander eluhlaza
- 1 tbsp Isosi emnyama yesoya
- 1 i-tsp Sugar
- 0,5 i-tsp I-Glutamate / kungenjalo ½ ithisipuni yomhluzi wenkukhu osheshayo
- 75 g I-Basmati irayisi
- 275 ml Water
- 0,5 i-tsp Salt
- 0,5 i-tsp I-Ground turmeric
Imiyalelo
- Irayisi le-Basmati (75 g) emanzini anosawoti (275 ml amanzi / ¼ ithisipuni kasawoti) kanye ne-turmeric egayiwe (½ ithisipuni) ubilise, uvuse futhi upheke ezingeni eliphansi kakhulu cishe imizuzu engama-20. Hlanza / susa inyama yengulube, uqale uthathe izingcezu bese ube yimichilo. Marinate imicu yengulube nge-soy sauce (isipuni esingu-1), iwayini lelayisi (ithisipuni elingu-1), uwoyela wesesame (ithisipuni elilodwa) kanye nesitashi se-tapioca (ithisipuni elilodwa) cishe imizuzu eyi-1. Hlanza futhi usike ama-clove kagalikhi. Shisisa i-wok, engeza amafutha e-peanut (i-tbsp engu-1), gazinga ama-cubes kagalikhi kuwo kuze kube yilapho eqala ukuhogela futhi ama-cubes ama-clove kagalikhi abe nsundu kancane. Engeza imicu yengulube yengulube egayiwe bese ugoqa-gazinga. Faka i-soy sauce emnyama (i-tbsp engu-15), ama-cubes kaphayinaphu, i-coriander (i-1 tbsp cut), ushukela (ithisipuni 1) ne-glutamate (½ ithisipuni / okunye ½ ithisipuni yesitoko senkukhu esheshayo) futhi gazinga / ugovuze-gazinga njalo cishe. 1 - 1 amaminithi . Cindezela irayisi ibe ifaneli bese uyiphendulela epuletini. Engeza i-sweet and sour fillet yengulube ngephayinaphu futhi uphake ngezinti uma kunesidingo.
