- Sika amabhilikosi bese u-marinate kugologo wepentshisi. Gcoba kahle i-couverture emhlophe bese uyincibilikisa endishini emanzini okugeza afudumele. Bese ubilise ushukela ngamanzi angu-100 ml bese uvumela ukuthi uphole. Hlanganisa izikhupha zamaqanda nesiraphu kashukela esitsheni esiyindilinga.
