  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 stalk(s) spring onions
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dinner without carbohydrates

Wash the zucchini and cut into pieces. Wash the spring onions and slice them into rings. Fry both in a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Beat the eggs, add them, and let them set until they begin to brown. Then season with salt and pepper, arrange on a flat plate, and serve.
