Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 zucchini
- 300 g potatoes, cooked
- 200 ml cream
- 3 slices of Gouda
- Broth powder
- 1 tbsp, heaped onion(s), chopped
- ½ tbsp, heaped garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp, heaped chives
- salt and pepper
- chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Brown the minced meat with the spices, onions, and garlic in oil. Meanwhile, slice the zucchini and potatoes. Layer the potatoes, zucchini, and minced meat alternately in a casserole dish. Season with cream and pour over the casserole. Top with cheese and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
