Zucchini and walnut cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 180 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
  • some walnut halves

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

an easy-to-prepare dish

Peel and grate the zucchini, sauté in olive oil until soft, and then let it cool. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt. Add the crushed garlic, grated zucchini, chopped walnuts, and almost all of the dill, and mix well. Garnish the cream with the walnut halves and the remaining dill.
