Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 5 carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 tbsp yogurt 10%
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Grate the carrots and sauté them in oil with the crushed garlic cloves. Let cool. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, stir in the carrots, and season with salt.
