Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini, coarsely grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- ½ bag(s) of yeast (dry yeast)
- some milk
- some breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix everything into a paste and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry small mounds of it on both sides over medium heat using a spoon. Place on kitchen paper to absorb some of the fat. Can be eaten hot or cold, ideal for buffets as finger food.
