Zucchini gratin

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the zucchini, roughly chop it, and cook for about 15 minutes. Then puree it with the remaining ingredients and pour it into a suitable dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C to 225°C for about 30 minutes. We serve the gratin as a dinner on its own (it’s just enough for two adults and two toddlers) or with chicken schnitzel. It’s also suitable for children who are just starting solids and don’t have many teeth yet, or, like us, for those who don’t like vegetables. Tip: Alternatively, you can also use pumpkin as a vegetable.
