Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g turkey breast fillet(s) or chicken breast fillet
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 3 can/n tomatoes, chopped, 425 g
- 2 large zucchini
- 1 pack of grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- some rosemary
- some olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cut the spring onions and bell peppers into small rings or pieces and lightly brown them in olive oil in a large pan. Then add the finely chopped turkey or chicken breast fillets and cook thoroughly. Reduce the heat, add the chopped tomatoes to the pan, and heat through. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary, and simmer. Peel and slice the zucchini. Then spread some of the sauce from the pan on the bottom of a baking dish and cover with zucchini slices. Start the next layer with the sauce and top with zucchini. Finally, sprinkle the top layer with cheese and finish cooking in the oven at 150°C for about 30-40 minutes.
