Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g zucchini
- 160 g pasta (macaroni)
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g dried tomatoes, without oil. Alternatively, 1-2 fresh tomatoes
- ½ can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- 50 g cheese (Emmental), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the zucchini, fry briefly on both sides, and then sprinkle with oregano. Chop the pizza tomatoes and mix them with the spices, sun-dried tomatoes, and sour cream. Cook the pasta for about 3 minutes, drain, and mix with the sour cream mixture. Layer the zucchini and pasta alternately in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees Celsius.
