Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp paprika paste
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the zucchini and then slice. Dice the onions, garlic, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Fry the minced meat in a pan, then add the diced onions. Continue frying until the onions are translucent. Now add the zucchini to the minced meat and let it simmer for a while. Then add the bell peppers and tomatoes. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika cream (more or less to taste). Let everything simmer for a bit. Finally, add the finely chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with baguette, but rice or pasta are also good.
