Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 potatoes
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tbsp broth, clear, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley, and fry in a pan with oil until crumbly. Dice the zucchini, bell peppers, and onions, add to the minced meat, and fry briefly. Pour in the water, stir in the broth, dice the potatoes, add them, and cook until the potatoes are tender. Add the crème fraîche and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle with parsley.
