Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spirelli or similar)
- 750 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp meat broth, dissolved in water
- 1 cup of cream
- oil
- possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Peel the onions and chop them more or less finely, if desired. Sauté the ground beef and onions in oil. Deglaze with water until the mixture is just covered and add 1 tablespoon of stock. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (I like to add garlic, but it’s not necessary.) Pour in the cream and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the cooked pasta to the meat sauce and let it warm briefly.
