Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • curry
  • Herbs (salad herbs)
  • Vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

delicious and easy

Hollow out the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Finely dice the tomatoes. Mix with Parmesan cheese, vinegar, oil, and seasonings, and let stand for at least 1 hour.
