Zucchini – Pepper – Mosaic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 1 bunch sage, possibly dried
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the mustard seeds in hot oil (they’ll smell nutty when they’re done). Finely dice the bell peppers and zucchini, add them to the pan, and fry. Then add the peanuts and capers, stir in the sage, and season with salt and pepper. Delicious hot or cold, as a main course or as a side dish.
