Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • Flour
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the zucchini and cut it into cubes. Season with salt and pepper, and let it rest for a while. Heat oil in a pan. Coat the zucchini cubes generously with flour or roll them in flour, add them to the pan, and fry until golden brown. Delicious! Tip: The same thing works with eggplant. The two together also taste delicious as a side dish!
