Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork schnitzel
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g zucchini
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped, approx. 400 g
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- 200 g feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into strips. Peel and dice the onion. Sauté both in a pan. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and chop the zucchini. Peel and press the garlic. Add both to the meat. Add the tomatoes and simmer briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley. Fold in the feta cheese. Serve with rice or flatbread.
