Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- some water
- 1,150 g zucchini
- n. B. Vegetable broth (e.g. homemade)
- 100 g sour cream
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
- e.g. curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic cloves, and sauté them in a pot with a little water. Wash the zucchini and coarsely grate it into the pot. Add vegetable stock as needed and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the sour cream, and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and curry powder. Finally, puree.
