Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 5 g clarified butter
  • ½ liter chicken broth
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 100 g ham (salmon ham)
  • ½ bunch of dill

Instructions

Clean the mushrooms, quickly wash them under running water, and halve them. Wash, peel, and slice the potatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the zucchini and cut them into half slices. Sauté the onions in a pan with the clarified butter. Add the potato slices and mushrooms and sauté them as well. Deglaze with the stock and simmer gently for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add the zucchini to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes. Cut the smoked ham into strips and heat through the stew. Stir in the chopped dill before serving.
