Zucchini, tomato and mozzarella gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 125g mozzarella
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and trim the zucchini, then cut into thin slices without peeling. Remove the stem ends from the tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Wash the basil and tear the leaves. Rub a shallow baking dish with garlic. Layer the zucchini, tomatoes, and mozzarella in the dish, scattering the basil between them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Bake the gratin in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with baguette.
