Zucchini with Different Filling

The perfect zucchini with different filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Zucchini fresh
  • 150 g Beef onion meat
  • 1 small Red peppers
  • 150 g Grated Emmental
  • 2 tbsp Roasted onions
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  1. Wash the zucchini, clean, halve and hollow out. # Put in a casserole dish, brushed with oil.

Heat the oven to 220 degrees!

  1. Put the onion mince in a bowl, clean the peppers, cut in half, remove the core, wash and dice. Mix well with paprika, ground meat, onions, marjoram, spices and cheese and press into the zucchini halves.
  2. Bake the zucchini in the oven for about 20 minutes!
  3. If you don’t do low carb, you can eat rice or potatoes with it! 🙂
