Zucchini with Different Filling
The perfect zucchini with different filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Zucchini fresh
- 150 g Beef onion meat
- 1 small Red peppers
- 150 g Grated Emmental
- 2 tbsp Roasted onions
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
- 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Wash the zucchini, clean, halve and hollow out. # Put in a casserole dish, brushed with oil.
Heat the oven to 220 degrees!
- Put the onion mince in a bowl, clean the peppers, cut in half, remove the core, wash and dice. Mix well with paprika, ground meat, onions, marjoram, spices and cheese and press into the zucchini halves.
- Bake the zucchini in the oven for about 20 minutes!
- If you don’t do low carb, you can eat rice or potatoes with it! 🙂
